Responsibilities :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive at Hrugved Realtty located in Pune. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications :

• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Retention and Customer Experience proficiency
• Sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Candidate Should have minimum 1 year of Experience in Real Estate Field
